Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or change any items within the order. But orders are cancelable for up to 1 hour after they are placed.
If you have an Auri account, click “Cancel Order” on your Orders & Returns page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

What currency are your prices in?

All purchases are payable in Indian Rupees, and, unless otherwise noted, prices for all of our items are listed in INR—whether you’re logging in from the US, UK, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, or any other country.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 50 countries (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout).
We accept Net Banking from all major banks.
We accept Cash on Delivery in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai.
We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.
We also accept payments via PayPal.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD Service (COD) is currently available in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Chennai.
COD is not available for an order size above Rs.25,000
COD orders cannot be accepted partially. The entire order needs to be accepted.
Our delivery updates will come into effect only once the order is confirmed at your end and dispatched.
If using a gift card or voucher to make a part payment, you may avail our COD service to pay the balance.

What if my card has been charged multiple times for the same order?

If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, please contact the Auri Concierge at concierge@theauricollective.com, and we will resolve it for you. The Auri Concierge team is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm.
