Returns Policy

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in good condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Disclaimer: All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.

What is your returns or exchange policy?

A purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact the Auri Concierge team at concierge@theauricollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: -
Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
You may contact us via email at concierge@theauricollective.com from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). The Auri Concierge team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return within 48 hours.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
Please ensure that during returns:
The product(s) must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label, invoice, etc.
Product(s) should be unused and in the original condition.

Can I change products when asking for a return?

We are unable to support requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.

When will I receive the exchanged item?

Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time i.e. 5 working days for domestic shipments. Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note.

Can I get a refund if a product has arrived damaged?

Your purchase is eligible for refund only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items you sent back, however, duties will not be refunded.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit between 7-14 business days.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, Fedex etc.), then Auri will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.

What is a credit note and how can I use it?

Credit notes are store-credit for any returns or exchanges that have been approved by Auri.
You will receive your credit note from the Auri Concierge upon the recipt of your return to our Auri warehouse and once our team conducts a quality check.
The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance and can be redeemed online only.
Credit notes will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase.
